Meet the Girl Behind the Blog

Hi there! I’m Eva. Blogger, wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend that is dedicated to sharing the things that are on my heart and my experiences with you.

I was born in the sunny state of Florida. Growing up there on a big farm with my parents and my sisters made me an all out country girl. Horseback riding, rodeos and the outdoors was my world. Having fun and carefree.

When I was 12, my family moved north to Virginia for work. My parents were working on a college campus and it was here that I grew from a girl to a young woman. I went to school for lifestyle medicine because of the inspiration I received from the students on campus. They would share their stories of how they wanted to encourage and help people and it made me want to do the same.

After finishing school, I married my best friend, Grady, and moved to Michigan. After 2 years, we welcomed our daughter Kate into our lives.
